Wе arrived in the early afternoon, checked in and went in to our bedroom. The bedroom seemed to be large, beautifully embellished, amazing bed and the bathroom appeared to be everything you could want. My bedroom was on the sixth floor and seemed to be fortunate to have a corner suite with a beautiful panoramic view of the area, the room appeared to be of a very good size and extremely tidy together with up-to-date decoration, with a very pleasant bed. I liked the bedroom that much I made a decision to experience a bedroom service breakfast that was served very hot and at the time I called for.
Additionally, the staff members, from receptionist to bedroom cleanser, all were really pleasant, respectful and that I had a feeling of being part of a team. The Resident Manager appeared to be ace and very helpful if a little cosy. The staff were great and constantly on hand to assist. These people even supplied us with cutlery to eat our Chinese take away in our room! They would not have been any nicer or more receptive. No query appeared to be too silly; no information was too minor to give. I absolutely suggest a stay at the Midland Hotel Manchester!
